Touch Display Modules
Optically bonded TFT plus PCAP touch and controller, delivered as one tested assembly with one part number.
Cleanable displays and compute platforms for diagnostic, bedside and laboratory devices.
In medical devices the hardware is only half the deliverable. The other half is documentation: revision control, change notification, biocompatible material declarations and a supplier who understands that an uncontrolled component change can invalidate a submission.
| Disinfection and cleanability | Surfaces are wiped many times a day with alcohol, quaternary ammonium or chlorine-based agents. Chemically strengthened cover glass with anti-microbial coating, sealed IP65 front faces and touch firmware that ignores wet-wipe contact. |
|---|---|
| Regulatory documentation | Your submission needs traceability that most consumer-electronics suppliers cannot provide. Controlled BOM with locked revisions, formal PCN process, RoHS/REACH declarations and IEC 60601-1 compatible power and creepage design. |
| Silent, sealed operation | Fans move air, and air moves contamination — plus noise matters at the bedside. Fanless ARM platforms with sealed enclosures, 5-15 W dissipation and no vents in the patient environment. |
| Very long product lifecycles | Devices are certified once and manufactured for a decade or more. 10-year platform availability, archived toolchains for reproducible builds, and buffer stock held against your forecast. |

A 15.6" bonded display with anti-microbial cover glass and glove-tuned touch replaced a resistive panel. Bonding eliminated the internal condensation that had been causing field returns in humid treatment rooms.
An RK3568 platform runs the instrument UI, the sample workflow and the LIS connection on one fanless board, replacing an industrial PC and cutting the instrument's internal volume by a third.
Send us the panel size, the interfaces you need and the environment it lives in. You will get a concrete hardware recommendation, indicative pricing and lead time within one business day.
Describe the equipment, the environment and the certification path you need to follow. We will respond with a platform recommendation and the engineering effort required to get there.
